Expecting to arrive after 5:00 PM? Just give us a call before 5:00 PM on your arrival day. We’ll be happy to text or email your site directions and Wi-Fi details so you can head straight to your spot and settle in.
Changing a reservation
Check-in: 1:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Check-In as early as 9:00am or
Check-out as late as 3:00pm
for an hourly fee.
Please make a request in advance to ensure your site will remain available.
Cancellations must be made by phone within our cancellation period*. We do not accept email cancellations to ensure your request is received reliably.
Any changes to your arrival date must be made by phone within the same cancellation period* to ensure availability to other guests on your original arrival date.

Traveling is better with your best friend. Pets are always welcome at Benchmark RV Park.
To keep our park clean and safe for everyone, we simply ask that you keep them on a leash when outside and tidy up after your pets.
* Late Departure Policy *
Departures after 3:00 PM will be charged a full day's rate. All early arrivals and late departures are subject to site availability.
* No-Show Policy *
Guests who fail to cancel within the cancellation period or don't arrive on their arrival date will be charged the full nightly fee plus 7% sales tax to the credit card on file, with no discounts applied.
* Cancellation Policy *
Cancellations or date changes must be made by calling 601-483-7999 no later than 5:00 PM CST at least
TWO DAYS PRIOR to your arrival date.
Groups of 3 or more sites require ONE WEEK NOTICE.
No refunds or credits can be issued once your card has been charged.
